James S. Garcelon, M.D. FACS

A native of Winchester, Massachusetts, Dr. Garcelon graduated from LSU and was awarded his MD from LSU School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American College of Surgeons and is a Diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons, the Louisiana State Medical Society, the Lafayette Parish Medical Society and the Southeastern Surgical Congress. Dr. Garcelon is one of Lafayette Surgical Specialty Hospital's Physician Owners.
